Jackie Rousseau-Anderson
Brendan serves digital business strategy professionals and is an expert on consumer behavior and technology trends in the commerce engagement space. He is also a noted authority on market developments and vendors that help deliver today's leading strategies and tactics in digital excellence. Brendan’s research focuses on strategic initiatives and technologies that help companies win, serve, and retain today’s digitally savvy customers. He has provided commentary and insights in industry media such as Bloomberg, CNBC, Marketplace, NPR, PBS, The Economist, Time, and The Wall Street Journal.
Before joining Forrester, Brendan amassed 25 years of experience working in leadership positions within enterprise organizations. He led significant digital transformation projects in multiple commerce, marketing, and strategy roles with Guitar Center, Harry & David, and Elbo Room Restaurant Group. He has also served as an adjunct professor for Southern Oregon University's MBA program.
Jackie has spent her career at the intersection of data and customer success. Most recently, Jackie was a partner at Scalehouse, where she helped data and analytics companies scale their commercial and product strategies. Before ScaleHouse, she served as Chief Client Officer at Simmons Research, where she spearheaded its client-first strategy, directed all sales and client service, led the custom research business, and helped transition Simmons from an Experian sub-brand to a stand-alone, private-equity-owned company. She also held various roles at Forrester Research and J.D. Power & Associates, innovating with clients on ways to bring data into their organizations. As a frequent speaker and lecturer, Jackie’s expertise has been cited in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and more. In addition to her current role, Jackie also serves as the lead f of the Boston chapter of WIRe, advises the American Cancer Society’s Young Executive Committee, and is a Board Member of the National Association of Women Sales Professionals. The rest of her time is spent with family and friends, engaging in various physical pursuits, or reading.
